Felicia White, Ed.D. is a senior hospitality training and operations executive with deep expertise in frontline leadership development, operational execution, and workforce performance. With a career spanning multi-unit restaurants, franchise systems, and growth-stage operators, Felicia is known for building practical, scalable training programs that drive measurable business results.
As a fractional senior leader and strategic advisor, Felicia partners with restaurant organizations to design and evolve learning systems that strengthen leadership capability, reinforce operational standards, and improve unit-level performance. Her work directly supports increased sales, reduced turnover, faster drive-thru times, stronger guest-satisfaction scores, and improved internal promotion pipelines, particularly for women leaders.
Felicia currently supports franchisee organizations overseeing the territories of 25+ locations, helping leadership teams improve operational execution and P&L performance through disciplined training, standard operating procedures, and leadership development frameworks.
