Kamden Kuhn

Kamden Kuhn is a senior restaurant strategy leader who partners with founders and executive teams as they evolve and reinvent their brands for a new generation of consumers. As Chief Strategy Officer, she helps restaurant brands navigate moments of inflection by clarifying positioning, identifying the next core customer, and aligning strategy to drive relevance, momentum, and long-term growth.

With more than 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Kamden has helped to shape strategy for nationally recognized brands including Outback Steakhouse, Checkers, and Perkins. Her work spans brand evolution, research, consumer insight, and growth strategy, including engineering the strategic foundation for dozens of award-winning marketing campaigns that have driven cultural relevance and commercial impact.

Kamden brings a storyteller’s precision to strategy, translating complexity into clear direction and decisive action. She is trusted for her ability to ensure strategy shows up in execution, not just vision.

Kamden currently serves as Managing Director at Dunn&Co., an agency supporting the marketing and strategy needs of brands such as Sonny’s BBQ and World of Beer. There, she leads strategy and operations and works alongside brands facing the realities of scale, competition, and evolving consumer expectations.
