Gina is known for blending data-driven rigor with creative thinking, developing growth plans that are both innovative and durable. Her work focuses on operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership alignment—ensuring priorities are clear, momentum is sustained, and teams are focused on what matters most.
Over the course of her career, Gina has led corporate strategy at Disney Theme Parks & Resorts, driven same-store sales growth at sweetgreen during its IPO period, overseen product development for global CPG organizations, and helped build hospitality businesses from the ground up. Her experience bridging enterprise-scale strategy with on-the-ground execution allows her to operate seamlessly across disciplines while providing hands-on guidance where it creates the most impact.
Gina holds a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she authored and published a case study on scaling an emerging restaurant concept.
