Kirstan Terlet is a senior executive with deep experience leading people strategy, operations, and Centers of Excellence across global, billion-dollar organizations. She is known for building scalable people systems that support rapid growth, complex transformation, and sustained operational performance.
As Chief People Officer, Kirstan has designed and implemented enterprise HR frameworks that supported aggressive scaling and M&A activity, including the integration of diverse cultures and operating models. She has led teams of 30+ HR professionals, executed a 1,000+ employee mobilization in just 16 weeks, and implemented systems that strengthened talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Earlier in her career, Kirstan held senior leadership roles spanning both people and operations, including Senior Vice President of Operations overseeing $150 million in annual revenue and Senior Vice President of a global Center of Excellence. In these roles, she drove service standards, operational improvements, and new product development while partnering closely with executive leadership on growth strategy.
Kirstan brings a pragmatic, results-driven leadership style that balances people, performance, and execution. She holds a BS in Business from Northern Arizona University’s School of Hotel and Restaurant Management and maintains SPHR and PHRca certifications.
