Troy Dunn

Troy Dunn is the founder of Dunn&Co. and a veteran creative executive whose work has shaped some of the most recognizable restaurant and hospitality brands. For more than three decades, he has partnered with founders and executive teams to raise the standard of creative, sharpen brand expression, and move consumers to feeling and action.

Troy began his career in television as a producer and consultant with ABC before moving into agency leadership. His work includes creative direction for nationally recognized brands such as First Watch, Firehouse Subs, Outback Steakhouse, Starbucks, Marriott, and Hyatt, spanning advertising, brand campaigns, promotions, productions, and integrated storytelling.

Troy is known for his taste, creative rigor, and ability to challenge work to be better. He brings a high standard for craft and clarity, helping brands connect emotionally with consumers without losing their core identity. His leadership consistently pushes creative beyond what is expected, in service of work that is felt, remembered, and acted upon.
