Lyndsey Patel is an award-winning restaurant growth and marketing executive who partners with leadership teams during moments of growth, change, and inflection. As a fractional senior leader, she is known for translating strategy into action across marketing, operations, and culture to drive traffic, sales, purpose-led initiatives, and team alignment.
Lyndsey brings deep, versatile experience across fast-casual, QSR, and food and beverage brands. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Restaurant Marketing and Marketing Communications at MOD Pizza, where she led high-impact initiatives spanning brand strategy, field marketing, and enterprise communications. Her background also includes senior leadership and strategic work with Raising Cane’s, Sonic Drive-In, and Kaldi’s Coffee Roasting Co.
In addition to her corporate leadership experience, Lyndsey is the founder of On Your Mark, a hospitality growth consultancy that supports brands such as Torchy’s Tacos and Gastronauts Food Group. Her work focuses on intentional growth through operational alignment, values-led brand experiences, and clear execution across teams and systems.
Lyndsey is an active industry leader and advisor, serving on boards and leadership teams for Women in Restaurant Leadership, Blood Cancer United, and LEAD. She was named one of the Top 30 Women in Food in 2025, recognizing her impact on the industry and her commitment to purpose-driven leadership.
