Justin Boykin

Justin Boykin is a senior technology and operations leader who helps hospitality and restaurant brands move from reactive, fragile systems to stable, intentional technology environments that support growth without consuming leadership attention.
Justin spent five years at Olo, where he led Corporate IT and platform operations during some of the company’s most demanding periods of scale. His work spanned rapid pandemic-era growth, the acquisitions of Wisely and Omnivore, and Olo’s successful IPO. In these moments, Justin sat at the center of systems reliability, vendor ecosystems, security and compliance, and internal team enablement—ensuring the business could scale quickly without creating long-term fragility or unnecessary complexity.
Earlier in his career, Justin held senior technical leadership roles in highly regulated and high-stakes environments, including Technical Director at DRD (later acquired by Wolters Kluwer) and Director of DevOps at Sparc, a federal technology firm acquired by Booz Allen Hamilton. These experiences shaped his disciplined, outcomes-first approach to technology leadership and his ability to bring clarity and structure to complex systems.
Today, Justin works as a fractional technology leader for hospitality brands whose growth has outpaced their systems, vendors, or internal teams. He partners directly with founders, COOs, and executive teams to stabilize technology foundations, clarify ownership across platforms and partners, strengthen compliance and security, and reduce the recurring friction that pulls leaders into issues they should not be managing day to day.
Justin is known for calm execution, clear judgment, and translating technical complexity into practical, business-ready decisions. His work replaces “mystery issues” with accountability, restores confidence in systems that matter most to revenue and guest experience, and helps leadership teams regain time, focus, and control as they scale.
