Rudy Ambrosio
Rudy Ambrosio is a Chief Financial Officer and the Principal and Founder of RKP Ventures, a boutique management consulting firm focused on helping brick-and-mortar food and retail businesses maximize shareholder value through disciplined, data-driven financial leadership. He brings more than a decade of experience across financial planning and analysis, data analytics, location intelligence, strategy, and transaction support.
Prior to founding RKP Ventures, Rudy served as Head of Finance for WAXON, where he significantly improved unit economics, supported rapid expansion, and helped double the brand’s location count. Under his financial leadership, WAXON was successfully sold to a strategic buyer within a 2.5-year period. Earlier in his career, Rudy led the Financial Planning and Analysis function at Freshii, where he enhanced financial visibility, strengthened unit-level performance, and supported the brand through its sale to a larger portfolio company.
Rudy began his career in corporate finance roles with Walmart and General Electric, gaining experience in large-scale financial operations, reporting, and performance management. Today, he serves as a fractional CFO for both Canadian and U.S.-based fast-casual and brick-and-mortar concepts, partnering closely with founders and leadership teams to drive smarter growth decisions, improve unit economics, and prepare businesses for scale or exit.
Rudy holds a degree in Finance from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University and is known for translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that support confident decision-making and long-term value creation.
