Warren Boone is a seasoned executive, advisor, and operator with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations scale through periods of growth, complexity, and transformation. He has served in senior executive roles, including Chief People Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of Human Resources and Legal Operations, leading multi-state, multi-brand organizations with workforces exceeding 5,000 employees.
Warren’s career has been defined by his ability to operate at the intersection of people, operations, risk, and technology. He partners directly with CEOs and boards to build scalable infrastructure without sacrificing culture, performance, or financial discipline. His leadership spans organizational design, executive recruitment and development, total rewards, legal and risk management, compliance, technology enablement, and operational execution, often in high-pressure environments requiring rapid stabilization and long-term planning.
As Principal and Founder of Truthinkr Advisors, Warren delivers fractional executive leadership to growing companies that need senior-level judgment and execution but are not yet ready to add permanent executive headcount. His work focuses on helping organizations bridge the “grow revenue versus grow infrastructure” gap by designing and implementing flexible people systems, operating models, and technology strategies that scale alongside the business.
Earlier in his career, Warren spent more than 16 years at Islands Restaurants and Champagne French Bakery, where he led human resources, legal operations, risk management, and M&A support during periods of sustained growth. He later served as Chief People Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Shari’s, Coco’s, and Carrows, where he helped stabilize operations post-pandemic, improve EBITDA, reduce risk exposure, and strengthen leadership capability across a multi-state footprint.
Warren holds a Master of Science in Integrated Design, Business, and Technology from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. He is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and serves on advisory boards, including Persona Technology, an AI company focused on agentic solutions for distributed businesses. He is widely regarded as a trusted partner to executive teams seeking clarity, structure, and momentum during critical stages of growth.
