In her keynote, Generational Leadership: Finding Your Voice, Knowing Your Value & Leading with Authenticity, Ronayne explored what it means to lead across generations, recognize your value, and build influence without losing sight of who you are.
She also facilitated an interactive roundtable, Generational Leadership Blueprint: Building Your Personal Brand & Board of Directors, encouraging attendees to think intentionally about the relationships, networks, and personal leadership foundations that support long-term success.
Bringing together women from across Ohio’s restaurant and hospitality industry, HEARD! created space for mentorship, meaningful connection, and conversations about the future of leadership.
